1. Architectural design or related major, over 2 year’s experience in making construction documentsof architectural design, fresh graduates are also welcome;

2. Proficient in AUTOCAD, and skillful in using other related software at the same time;

3. Familiar with and master the specifications and requirements of constructing documents;

4. Familiar with standards and each requirement of engineering design, and relatively familiar with specifications of related industries in China;

5. Better understanding and communicating abilities, stronger teamwork capability and problem-solving competence;

6. Work positively and actively, diligent and surefooted, with good professional ethics and stronger responsibility and professional dedication, rigorous and steady, able to bear heavier work pressure;
